okgame Terms & Conditions

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below:

• "okgame," "we," "us," "our" refers to the operator of the okgame platform, accessible at okgame.onl, which provides online gaming services to eligible players in the Philippines.
• "Player," "you," "your" refers to any individual who registers an account with okgame or otherwise accesses the platform's services.
• "Platform" refers to the okgame website (okgame.onl), mobile web interface, and all associated software, services, content, and features provided by okgame.
• "Account" means the registered user account created by a Player on the Platform.
• "Wallet" means the in-platform balance associated with a Player's Account, denominated in Philippine Peso (₱).
• "Funds" means any deposits, winnings, bonus credits, or other monetary value held in a Player's Wallet.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free spin, cashback, reload incentive, or other non-cash reward offered by okgame to Players subject to stated conditions.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) refers to the identity verification process required under applicable Philippine financial regulations and PAGCOR guidelines.
• "PAGCOR" means the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the principal regulatory body governing gaming activities in the Philippines.
• "Agreement" means these Terms and Conditions together with the okgame Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific or promotion-specific rules published on the Platform.

By accessing, registering on, or using the okgame Platform in any capacity — including browsing, depositing, placing wagers, or claiming bonuses — you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety.

If you do not agree with any provision of this Agreement, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your Account if one has been created. Continued use of the Platform following any amendment to this Agreement constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

This Agreement is written in English, which is the controlling language for all legal interpretation and dispute resolution purposes. Translations of this document, if provided for convenience, are non-binding.

Access to and use of the okgame Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied continuously throughout your use of the Platform:

• Age: You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age. This minimum age requirement is mandated by PAGCOR's regulations governing online gambling in the Philippines. okgame strictly enforces this requirement through KYC verification and reserves the right to suspend any Account where age eligibility cannot be confirmed.
• Jurisdiction: You must be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is lawful. You are solely responsible for determining whether participation in online gaming activities is legal in your location at the time of use.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under applicable Philippine law. Individuals who have been declared legally incapacitated by a court of competent jurisdiction are not eligible to register or use the Platform.
• Self-Exclusion: You must not be subject to an active self-exclusion arrangement with okgame or any gaming operator recognized by PAGCOR. Attempting to access the Platform while under self-exclusion is a violation of this Agreement.
• Single Account: Each individual is permitted to maintain only one (1) Account on the Platform. Duplicate or multiple accounts are prohibited and will result in account termination and forfeiture of associated Funds.

To access the full range of services on the okgame Platform, you must complete the registration process and create an Account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including but not limited to your legal name, date of birth, nationality, residential address, email address, and mobile number.

4.1 Account Accuracy

You warrant that all information provided during registration and throughout the life of your Account is truthful, accurate, and not misleading. okgame reserves the right to terminate Accounts and void associated wagers where false or misleading registration information is discovered.

4.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. okgame will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized access to your Account caused by your failure to adequately protect your credentials.

4.3 KYC Verification

okgame is required to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) identity verification in accordance with PAGCOR's online gaming compliance guidelines and applicable anti-money laundering legislation in the Philippines. You agree to provide valid government-issued identification and any additional documentation requested by okgame's compliance team within the timeframe specified at the time of the request.

4.4 Notification of Unauthorized Access

You must notify okgame immediately at [email protected] if you believe your Account has been accessed without your authorization. okgame will take reasonable measures to assist in securing your Account following such notification.

All financial transactions on the okgame Platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱). okgame supports the following payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI Bank Transfer, BDO Bank Transfer, Metrobank, and Credit/Debit Cards (Visa and Mastercard).

5.1 Deposits

Deposits are processed subject to a minimum deposit amount as displayed on the Platform's cashier page at the time of transaction. okgame does not charge fees for deposits, however your payment provider may apply their own service charges. Deposits are applied to your Wallet upon successful confirmation from the payment provider.

5.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawals may be requested by KYC-verified Account holders. Withdrawal requests are processed in accordance with the following conditions:

• Your Account must be fully KYC-verified before your first withdrawal request will be processed.
• Withdrawal requests are subject to minimum and maximum amounts as published on the Platform.
• okgame reserves the right to conduct additional verification for withdrawal requests that meet or exceed anti-money laundering reporting thresholds under applicable Philippine law.
• Processing timeframes vary by payment method. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals for verified accounts are typically processed within minutes during operational hours. Bank transfers may take up to three (3) business days.

5.3 Anti-Money Laundering

okgame complies with the Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) of the Philippines and all related PAGCOR directives. Deposits must only be made from payment methods registered in your own name. okgame will report suspicious financial activity to the appropriate authorities as required by law.

okgame offers various promotional incentives to eligible Players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions published at the time of the promotion, which form part of this Agreement.

• Bonuses are awarded at okgame's sole discretion and may be withdrawn or modified at any time without prior notice.
• Wagering requirements attached to bonus funds must be completed before bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible games, time limits, and maximum withdrawal amounts are specified in each promotion's individual terms.
• Only one bonus offer may be active in a Player's Wallet at any time, unless otherwise stated in the promotion terms.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until wagering requirements are met in full.
• okgame reserves the right to void bonuses and cancel associated winnings where evidence of bonus abuse, collusion, or fraudulent activity is detected.
• Players who have opted out of marketing communications remain eligible to claim publicly advertised bonuses unless the promotion specifies otherwise.

All games offered on the okgame Platform are governed by individual game rules accessible within each game interface. By placing a wager in any game, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable rules.

7.1 Random Number Generators

Virtual casino games on the okgame Platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology that has been independently tested and certified by third-party technical audit bodies. okgame publishes Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for all slots and virtual table games.

7.2 Live Casino

Live dealer games are streamed from licensed studio facilities using physical gaming equipment (cards, dice, roulette wheels). Game results in live dealer environments are determined by the physical outcome of the equipment used, not by software algorithms. Video recordings of all live sessions are retained for dispute resolution purposes.

7.3 Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction affecting a game in progress, okgame will investigate and resolve the issue as promptly as practicable. Where a malfunction has materially affected the outcome of a wager, okgame reserves the right to void the affected round and return the stake to the Player's Wallet. Malfunction voids all pays and plays.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the okgame Platform. Engaging in prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of Funds, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Registering multiple Accounts or registering on behalf of another individual.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using software, bots, scripts, or automated systems to interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human users.
• Attempting to exploit game vulnerabilities, software errors, or technical glitches for financial gain.
• Engaging in collusion with other Players, match-fixing, or any form of coordinated fraudulent wagering.
• Using the Platform to launder money or conduct any transaction that violates the Anti-Money Laundering Act of the Philippines.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing okgame staff or other Players through any communication channel.
• Charging back, reversing, or disputing legitimate transactions with your payment provider in bad faith.
• Accessing or attempting to access the Platform if you are subject to an active self-exclusion arrangement.

All content on the okgame Platform, including but not limited to software, game code, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, audio, and video content, is owned by or licensed to okgame and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws, including the Intellectual Property Code of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 8293).

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or exploit any Platform content without okgame's prior written consent.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, okgame's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with this Agreement and the Platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Player to their Account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

okgame shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses or damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of winnings due to technical malfunctions, or losses arising from unauthorized Account access caused by a Player's own negligence.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. okgame makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose of the Platform or any content thereon.

okgame collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with the okgame Privacy Policy and the Data Privacy Act of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 10173). By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

okgame is committed to promoting responsible gaming and takes its obligations under PAGCOR's responsible gaming framework seriously. The Platform provides the following tools within every Player Account:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps to control your spending on okgame.
• Session Time Limits: Receive automatic alerts and session cut-offs after a predetermined playing period.
• Self-Exclusion: Request temporary (30 days minimum) or permanent exclusion from the okgame Platform at any time via Account settings or by contacting support.
• Reality Checks: Enable periodic notifications displaying your current session duration and net wagering result.

okgame reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any Player Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where:

• The Player has breached any provision of this Agreement.
• The Player is found to be ineligible to use the Platform under Section 3.
• okgame is required to do so by applicable law, a regulatory directive, or a court order.
• okgame has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity in connection with the Account.

Players may request voluntary Account closure at any time by contacting okgame customer support. Upon Account closure, any remaining Wallet balance above the applicable minimum withdrawal threshold will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method, subject to completed KYC verification and the absence of any pending fraud investigation or withdrawal hold.

okgame reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of this Agreement at any time. Where a material change is made, okgame will provide reasonable notice via email to the address registered on your Account, or by a prominent notice posted on the Platform.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement. If you do not accept the amended terms, you must discontinue use of the Platform and request Account closure prior to the effective date of the change.

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with this Agreement, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall first be submitted to okgame's internal dispute resolution process by contacting [email protected]. okgame will endeavor to resolve all disputes within fifteen (15) business days of receipt of a written complaint.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal process, the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Republic of the Philippines, or to PAGCOR's applicable dispute resolution mechanism where the matter falls within PAGCOR's regulatory jurisdiction.
